The article that you have post is so interesting and very informative. I can gain co much information that would be reliable during performing certain activity and sports.
It’s interesting to read exactly what happens when you perform in certains sports. I used to play netball when I was younger and would image that uses a similar energy source to that of basketball. I also use to do a lot of dancing which again I would imagine is pretty similar.
